Here comes the Cavalry! Check your snailbox.

The BCDC just weighed-in with a 12/14/99 letter to Foster City's Improvement
District Senior Civil Engineer stating "no administrative approval to FC 3rd
Ave. expansion Permit Application M99-31" until they reinstate the
(Caltrans) dirt parking, provide a new nearby access ramp, bolster one East
3rd Ave. ramp parking ("one of the two East 3rd Ave. ramps' parking would be
eliminated by the expansion", hopefully it's the awkward angled ramp in the
middle and not the further East wind line bailout ramp with parking?), and
other access improvements. This is great progress! Any ideas on how we can
further support the BCDC towards the goal of increasing access to more than
one hundred organized parking spots?

Great thanks to the teamwork of Greg, Randy, George! This made my day!
