My email did not imply any requested WS improvements
were approved (please read it again). Several of us
have been pursuing this issue and called FC
(unfortunately with no positive feedback) and then
wrote letters to the BCDC suggesting permit
requirements. The latter is what inspired the BCDC
to state approval requirements for the FC expansion.
The BCDC listed as priority #1 reclaiming CT parking.
This would require FC or a WS philanthropist to
purchase or lease CT's property (1-510-286-4444).
Having the BCDC back WS access is a vital milestone,
but certainly is not an excuse for complacency.
Let's work to motivate FC to do the right thing.
Cheers,
-Shawn
