I believe it. Just like the day at Rio I had when trying to make my way
back to the launch with a broken boom, barely able to control my rig anyway,
and some jerk get's upset that he's gonna have to bear off a bit because of
my line. Granted, he may have not known I was disabled, but I really don't
think that warranted his next act, the guy actually cut up then back at me,
chop hopped and tried to slash at me with his fin screaming at me the whole
time. I don't know if he intended to hit me or not but it sure freaked me
out. Luckily after re-rigging with another boom I went back out and didn't
seem to run across him again.

As with any other group of people I guess there are always a few really rude
individuals to watch out for.
