Subject: Gorge sites

I just got back a few days ago from a week at the Gorge. Great wind 6 out
of 7 days. On three mornings (9-11 or 12), we sailed at Viento, which
you'll see in the Gorge Guide as one of the westernmost sites. Locals were
saying that is has been blowing early there, and then the winds move east,
so it's ideal for a morning session. It is next to a campground, at a wide
part of the river, and the water was relatively flat for the gorge. It is a
lot like Candelstick, in terms of water-flatness and gustiness. Have a blast.
