Well gang, the Foster City park & rec. department is at it again posting
more signs to warn us of dangers at Third Ave.

I dropped by Third at lunch today to see if it is worth taking a little
time off work today to sail (looks like it might be).
Anyway, I caught two Park & Rec. workers installing a sign post on the
right side of the launch ramp, about two feet from the bricks. I
discussed the situation with them and they agreed that the sign would be
better located to the left of the ramp.

Oh yah, the sign... tells us there is no lifeguard and to swim at our
own risk.
The sign was almost more dangerous than the swimming {grin}.

Regards,
Don
