I use the Windsurf Hawaii adjustables and they're great. I've had some
that are still in service after three years. I get occasional slippage
(185#) but not much and not at all most sessions. I sail with them all
the way short, and slog with them all the way long - I find this a must
when the wind inside has died and my arms are already pumped.
