I finally pulled myself off the water sometime after 7:00, it was hard
to leave given that the swells were picking up. I'd been out for over
two hours powered to quite overpowered on 5.1 race sail, Tiga 260,
#140. Got slammed into my mast a few times.

I've noticed that the last few times I've been in the channel that I've
had better ramps, smoother, better formed, for starbord jumps. Is this
typical, or just due the the northerly direction of the wind recently?
