Yep. Sailed Sunday, hoping for some good clearing winds. Went to Third
early (2:30), but there were a bunch of sad sacks standing around
grumbling. The negative waves were too much, so I went to Oyster. It was
also light, but I managed to slog/sail over to Tigers where it raged for
the next 3 hours. Was powered to overpowered with about a half dozen
other sailors in the cove near the Coast Guard station. I sailed my 5.5
on my 8'8" (180, 5' 9"). It was very gusty and Northerly, making it a
total bitch to get home. Around 6:40 pm, just when I thought I was going
to have to swim back, I caught a little gust and made landfall about 20
yards away from the pier.

Pager was going off for Sherman all day. Looked great, but NW. So where
do you sail at Sherman on a Northwest wind? Windy Cove? The normal places?
