Justin,
I've used plexiglass cleaner/polisher with some success. Can't remember the
brand, but you can find it at OSH. Back in the days when I still used to
resell my used sails, I would use this stuff to polish up the entire
monofilm sail, and it seemed to take a year or so of wear and tear out of
the look of the sail.
