Obviously their long term ambition is to bring more users to the park. Good
for the park and not bad for us since new users will tend to park in less
windy areas. The park would probably keep our facility open because it would
be regularly used. The other facility would probably depend on use levels and
whether they get a tenant for the concession space. Coyote is really a good
park but the freeway and lack of public transit or a safe bike overcross tend
to isolate it from the rest of the community. There are also plans for
additional sand volleyball courts and a skate park, etc.
