I've used Halsey ?? in San Mateo a few times. He does do good work, but he's a bit pricey plus he has a minimum charge that's well above what you should spend on that. Joe Dill (Davenport Surf Sails) in Davenport also does great work, and he's as honest and reasonable as they come. The only problem is the location for many people. In my opinion, he's worth the trip.
