<<Waddell/Davenport is really a sort
of wavesailing miracle.>>> shhhhhhh!!!!
......I've heard:
that Sharks are terrible at both spots
that the water is brutally cold
there is terrible rip tides
there are hidden obstacles in the sand/reef, waiting to trash your fin box
the wind is gusty
the waves are powerful, fast and have terrible shape
the crowds are crazy
the kite sailors will strangle you with lines
the drive down 1 will lull you to sleep
the long drive will break the bank - gas is expensive you know
sand will get stuck in your mast, cause you rig in dirt
there is no cell phone reception, so you can't check vmail
don't go there. It sucks.
