Michele Moss of Save The Bay is starting a weekly phone bank to raise
awareness about SFO's runway project. The first run is tonight from 6-9 pm in
San Francisco. This is the kind of grass roots work that is critical to
beating SFO. The majority of the people would reject the runways if they knew
the facts, but they won't learn them unless we really get out there and make
the effort.

1) If anyone can help out tonight, please contact Michele to make
arrangements.
Save The Bay (510) 452-9261

2) Please e-mail with comments about how we can make this work. Right now
Savre The Bay can run phone banks from Oakland and SF. Should we try to find
a Peninsula site as well? Does anyone have a company down there that would
let us use their phones after hours. How many people would be willing to
commit to helping out? --- send to eyes4hire @aol.com
