I like the new area site/graph page as I can see everything at a glance, unlike the area bar chart (my sites of interest, blowing or not).
My sense about the reading discrepancies is that the bar/line reading takes a bit of time to "catch up" with the numerical reading reported at top of window. I believe that if you look at actual report time you will notice that it may be ahead of the last added bar.
In any case, I still check with SFBA windtalker for reassurance.
