Actually I think the manufacturer that you're thinking of is Powerex. They
definitely do (for half the price of a complete mast). However, I would take
that as a sign that it's time to replace the mast. 3 years of sailing and sun
may have taken it's toll. It's bettter that it happened while rigging than
while on the water.
