I like the shower idea. Removing the poles and nets around the swim
area would be good. Does it make sense to have rentals on the beach
when ASD is right there? That would only hurt their business (unless
they were running it.)

A launch out on the point is intriguing. I've never driven in there
but there's a stretch of land east of the point that looks accessable.
(Everything from the swim area to the point is windshadowed by the
height of the hill and treeline.) What do you do about parking?

Maybe you could hold off on your fax a few days to see if there are
other suggestions. Is there a deadline for this submission? This is
the first I've heard of $50k from the builders. BTW, what's the
Coyote Point Master Plan?
