Greetings all,

I think the topic of sharks and wave etiquette have been fully covered so
here is a new one.

If you are going to Burning man this year and plan to bring a landsailing
skateboard or the like you should be aware of some problematic new rules.
In summary, landsailors will not be allowed to sail inside the fence unless
something dramatic changes. Jonno and I are trying to change that.
