Mike Godsey reported this morning via his COW pager forecast that "Treasure
Island is NOW OPEN". Since I don't happen to have his email address, let me
just publicly pose the questions:

Was that report based on the fact that it's been reported here on wind_talk
that TI's been sailed recently, or based on other, more positively slanted
reports?

Any info regarding the usage of the adjacent parking lot? (there's still no
sign saying you can't park there as of today, but no sign saying Windsurfers
Welcome, either.)

And does anybody know who to ask to get the gate moved back a bit? It would
be quite nice to have both legal-looking and actual access to the boat ramp,
currently behind the locked gate to the perimeter road.
