Take Embarcadero exit from 101 toward the bay. You'll
pass the Palo Alto airport on your left, take a left
at the T, and follow the road all the way to the end.

Big rough gravel lot. Tons of space. Decent rigging
area. Portapotty. Freshwater hose. Pay phone.

Mostly mud and a constrained launch. Below +4 foot
tides, you might be walking in on bottomless mud.
Otherwise there's not much to hit.

Lighter than the midpeninsula, and flatter. Rig big.
Can be sailable on a SW or even SE wind, when other
peninsula sites aren't. Just check the tides.

Do it. I've had a lot of great seshes there. I'd
rather sail 3rd or Berkeley or Crissy, all things
being equal, but I'd much rather sail Palo Alto than
watch TV.
