What Kills me the most is my forearms, I like to tie a weight to a string
and a handle, then
wind it up and down, this really works the forearms.

I am in the same situation, so I am heading back to the GYM for some raw
strength, and then lots of snowboarding and swimming for aerobic's. The back
and stomach muscles are key.

The view I have for motivation is; imagine, Davenport, logo to mast high in
March, with 4.5 conditions and its your first day of the year! If your outta
shape, you'll probably only last an hour or so, if you get worked, maybe
less.

BTW: Does anyone have any tricks or knowledge about installing Boom Grip, I
am making a kite
boom and on my first attempt, the grip seems baggy or loose, I think I
needed to sretch it first.
Any tricks?

Thanks, Steve
