>I agree, that dog is REALLY getting on my nerve whenever I'm
>there...talking of another anoying dog...there's also that
>anyoying overgrown rat with
>the jitters who's always yapping...

>> And while I am at it whos f***ing dog is that! That canine is annoying.
>> Barking and shaking-off all over people.

When I was at third tonight an unleashed black Shepherd jumped on my car
and scratched it with his nails. The woman owner argued in denial "He
didn't touch it!" As she struggled to put the leash on, he lunged at
the car next to me (silver SUV with the "rat dog" inside) and scratched
it too! She offered no apology for not being able to control her dog.

Last Wednesday, I watched this same untrained Shepherd rage through the
rigging area with an unleashed gold Lab and they jumped on several
expensive rigs! The dings in your sail may not be from your harness but
from dog nails. Having an unleashed dog crash a cyclist on the path
near the launch would damage PR for WS.

It goes without saying that irresponsible dog owners are reluctant to be
liable for their untrained dogs. Unfortunately the owners that don't
leash their dogs are allowing them to be hit. If you discover an
unleashed dog please take it to the Coyote Humane Society so that
someone will care for it.
