hi,
i'm a long-time wind_talk lurker, and i forwarded the micro-forecasts
credit card warning to my brother, who has an account.
here's what he had to say:
-------
yes, larry hambrick called me back ~5months ago after leaving a few messages
(cust. service: 800/934-2278.) he told me they would credit my card for
8 $39 charges. ~3 messages and one call-back message later they still haven't
done it. his message said they were switching to a new 'system' and have
had problems, but he would look into why my refund hadn't gone thru. i think
i'll send a letter to the cc co. to refuse charges from windsight.
steve
