Would the Coyote Point marina breakwater be obstructed by the new runway
lights? If so, which plan are we talking about - the southern one only,
the northern plan (if I recall $3 billion cheaper) or both? In any
event, though this may be too ambitious, improvement to the breakwater, a
couple extra launches between Coyote and Seal Point/Third, and several
emergency egress points in that stretch would be sufficient mitigation
for me. Extra parking could be made at the end of a couple of the
cul-de-sacs in the neighborhoods adjacent to the Bay. Or are most of
these points in a wind shadow?

Add improvement to Fisherman's Park (out of the Coyote cove wind Shadow),
Embassy and Tigers (at the end of Jamie Court and if still has Bay
access), and you got a plan...
