- Will Harper at Berkeley Windsurfing/Snowboard is organizing a new
racing class based on the Bic Techno board. Bic has coughed
up 10 boards at basically cost to get this fleet off the
ground. There's one board left at the discount price.

- The idea of this fleet is to race without breaking the bank.
Everyone will have the same board and be limited to a set of
4 sails and two fins that you register at the start of the racing
season. So far the fleet is about 50% novice racers like myself.

- I think this format will be lot's of fun and not alot of money.
