The $2500 deal didn't go over too well so they revived the 1299 air fare only.
I never brought gear, only rented. I discovered that used gear is dirt cheap
for relatively new equipment on Maui. I was hoping to purchase stuff there,
and find someway to store it.
I had no problem booking flights--the earlier the better especially during
peak season. I heard that the standby rate was very good- more than 95%. I
just booked a flight for next week for 7 days. You can book up to 60 days or
less in advance.
