Thanks Jay for the 3rd Ave parking explanation.

Bob, as far as thanking someone... I hate to say this... since they have
been made out to be 'the big evil corporation'... but does someone want to
thank the driving range for taking down the signs and seeming to portray a
more lenient attitude.
