Putting aside COTW reports and pressure differentials, one of the more
reliable indicators of wind in recent seasons is periods of my inability to
sail; well, there's good news for all, I just had 28 stitches worth of
repairs put into my index finger courtesy of a rogue chainsaw. The Doc said
I was couch potatoe material for 6-8 weeks! Figuring he's a tad more
conservative than I, it looks like there will be epoch wind for at least 1
or 2 weeks!
