debris marked with a PVC pipe, which you should stay clear of anytime
you see the pipe.
You can look in the standard SF bay tide book for corrections at
Oyster Point, the seaplane harbor, and Coyote Point. The seaplane
harbor is probably the closest match for Haskins Ave.
