Yes, it is very small, probably a few hundred meter long reach or 1/4 mile.
You get lots of flat water jibe practice. The downside is you don't have
much chance to stay upwind on a short reach and if you get too far
downwind, you end up on the rock dam. There is not much area for
maneuvering.
