I stepped out of my windowless office around noon today, and was almost
blinded by this brilliant yellow orb up high in the sky. Also the tops of
trees seemed to be moving back and forth a little. Anybody have any idea
what might be going on here?

Seriously, if we could get this cut-off low situation handled, we might
just get a windsurfing season kicked off sometime before the fall!
