Don't get your hopes too high. The April 14 issue of Science had an
article on El Nino forcasting. Most models predict a return to normal sea
temperatures by late summer - early fall. However, the model that has been
most successful with El Nino so far predicts that the abnormal warming will
last well into the late fall. If this proves true this whole season might
suck big time...
