Another great day of slalom sailing.
I used my Windwing 8.2 and Mike's Lab. Nicely powered from 5:15 to 7:15.
Great scenery and lighting with the partly cloudy sky.
I might have to get an 8.7 soon.
This Friday is the first Friday Night Series Race. Anybody can enter.
The series fee is only $60, which includes all races until Sept. After
each race, you can shower in the Saint Francis Yacht Club and have
beers and dinner in the club bar. The first start is at 5:30. If you
are interested, you should be at the club before 4:30 so that you have
time to rig, register, and warm up. You can also pay $10 per race.
It's tremendous fun.
Plus, the SFBC is having a party at the Club right after the races.
The Saint Francis is just East of the launch at Crissy Field.
