1800 acres... 2.8 square miles - hey, this could be good! Is the site
exposed decently to the prevailing W winds over Altamont Pass, or is it in
a gusty N-S canyon? If facilities cost is the issue, windsurfing should
be a good bet.

I also wish they would not group bikes in with horses - bikes don't
poop all over the watershed...
