Subject: heel injury

I would like a solution to a windsurfing injury. In a bad jump I landed hard
on one heel. Walking, running or sailing especially in chop causes lots of
pain. I have installed foot pads and padded the inside of my booties, which
all helped. But after about 6 weeks the problem is still the same. I have
not entrusted my Kaiser Health plan yet.

Any recommendations on how to speed the cure is appreciated. Thanks
