I had a groin pull once. Only took a couple of months to heal. I don't
think there is any treatment, but I am no expert. What I CAN tell you,
though, is that it heals incredibly slowly. After mine healed so slow,
I kept noticing that professional footbal players would take 4-6 weeks
     to come back.

Somehow, not windsurfing, I managed a slight pull in my groin this week. It
made sailing today at Berkeley (5.2, fairly powered, very high tide, nice
ramps) unpleasant. The obvious solution is stay off it, right? Any other
options, opinions on how to deal with this? Maybe limit my time on the
water? I'm most concerned not to agravate it, since next week I'm going to
the ABK clinic.

TIA

Jerry
