- Have you contacted Jim Martin about this? He's been extremely
helpful for any problems I've had. Emailing him is the best way
to contact him. Anyway, I had this problem with mine and he suggested
holding both the top & bottom buttons down while the pager is
"booting" after reinserting the battery. I haven't had the "err 09"
problem since.
