Thanks for the responses - I guess I am not alone!

I feel better just knowing that it will go away. All of the suggestions sound
good. The only one I am going to ignore is not to sail, but I will remember
to relax.

My first day at SC, Baja and the wind came up quick. I am 220# and was on a
4.5 and little wave board. Guys were getting blown of the water, but I was
loving it. I do recall that I was gripping the boom pretty hard and had only
sailed a few days this year. So I gripped hard for a 4 hour sesh and
"shocked" my wrist.

Gibs story scares me! I am only 35 and between windsurfing, snowboarding,
mountain bike riding and waterskiing, I have lots of "little" pains. Sounds
like I better start using more brain and less braun if I want to stay active.
Ed, I may even be using booties......NOT!

Fortunatley I am a hunt-and-peck typist, but I use the mouse alot and this is
what seems to be the worst and make my fingers go numb.

I live in the south bay and am very interested in trying an acupuncturist.
Please send me name and number if you can recommend a good one.
