Thanks for the tip about the return key.
(Hey, I just automatically did it!)

The two biggest things I did to cure my problems were putting my keyboard in
my lap (the trays aren't really quitet right) and getting carbon booms. The
stiffer booms make it so I'm not trying to steer a sail that's changing
shape all the time, making for a lot less "boom work."
