These cover more area than the SFSU ones, but only provide surface as
opposed to surface and upper atmosphere data. Also the analsysis is
provided once daily at 0 UTC (4 p.m. PDT) as opposed to 0 and 12 UTC at
the SFSU site (http://squall.sfsu.edu/weather_CA/NP_press.html).
