Anyone with an interest in the exact formatting of the windspeed
reports, please send me mail. There are several people who are parsing
the data for things like X programs or web servers and they depend on
having a stable format that is easy to parse .

Let's have a discussion (but not on wind_talk) about what changes you
might or might not like.
