     Hi:
     
     Its beginning to shred in Pillar Point Harbor.
     
     At 11:00 AM the Harbor Patrol reported that its a "miserable day"
     with Southerly winds in the 20's, with gust to 28 knots. The winds
     have picked up from the 10 - 15 knots I saw when I was leaving for
     work at 5:30 AM this morning.
     
     For those that can escape from work, ENJOY!
