hmmmm, looks like the marine layer is "in" to me (I (perhaps incorrectly) use
the terms "fog" and "marine layer" interchangeably)
but regardless, you mean I can't anylonger just look north as I go across the
Dumbarton in the morning and figger I've got the bay's condition scoped as best
