You must be Superman! How can you possibly sail all day? How many hours
did you actually spend on the water? The longest I have ever been able
to last is 3 hours sailing time/day and I don't consider myself in bad
shape.

Does anyone have any tips for saving energy and extending sailing
time? I find that if I do a lot of jumping, it really wears me out
quicker. I often get unhooked during my jump and of course spin out
landings don't help. What's the secret to being more efficient on
jumps? Usually my hands are the first thing to wear out. Anyone
found gloves that help?
