It kind of filled in at 3rd just as you left. I hit the water a 6 and I
could (barely) plane most of the way to the channel, where I was well
powered on the 5.2. Indeed the wind was better upwind near Coyote, but
getting there was no problem because of the ebb. I had quite a good
session almost till sunset.
