Direction was fine this morning, Thursday, at Sherman Island. There was a
finger of fog stretching all the way up the river. I sailed from 630am to
830am on a 4.5 and was on the edge the whole time (200#). Two guys, one on a
3.7 the other a 4.2, were hitting loops on nearly every run toward the beach.

There must have been a lot of tired sailors this morning. There were a lot of
cars on the levee, but only one sailor out on the whole river when I drove up,
about a dozen at the county park when I left. I imagine a lot of the vehicles
are parked to save their favorite spot for the upcoming weekend and holiday.
