Subject: Mast found at Richmond Rod&Gun

I thought for sure the long reach of the net and e-mail would
have snagged the rightful owner of this lost mast by now.
Looks like I'll need to fish a little harder. Your help and
suggestions would be much appreciated (by at least one
person).

On Sunday, June 12, I was one of the last two out of the water.
There was a mast lying on beach. It didn't belong to the other
sailor from Santa Cruz and there were no more cars in the lot.
I figured the best thing to do would be to take the mast for
safekeeping and try to find the owner. I posted several notes
in the area. I also called Sausalito Sailboards and the Larkspur
shop and asked them to post messages. Also posted messages
on the Windsurf newsgroup.

That's all I can think of, other than to ask others to spread the
word. Maybe the person hasn't a clue yet to what they're missing.
Suggestions and ideas welcome.

Glenn
