I've sailed 3rd down into the - tide range. Today's low was 0.4 or 0.9 I
don't recall which, plenty of h2o at low tide which was when I launched.
usually if the tide is low enough to have an catch a fin there is smoother
water over the sand bars or small breaking waves. If the outermost set of
rocks at the launch are not fully exposed you should be ok.
Hydrated, ah the pause that refreshes!
