marine sanctuaries...
high pressure over the eastern pacific will give way to a weak
and dry upper level trough approaching from the west. at the surface
light to moderate northwest winds will continue across the
coastal waters. winds will be gusty across the northern outer
waters and san francisco bay in the vicinity of angel island.
