Did you notice inserted into your state income tax package, the
envelope, rules, and form for paying state sales tax on items
purchased in other states?
This means you and the stuff you bought in Oregon. Your stuff has
to have substantial use outside the state before you can bring it
back sales-tax-free.
I wonder if the tax people will collect enough to pay for the

I love my ezzy wave se sails. Never happier. Been thru lets
see...years and years of North prismas/iq,neilpryde mark
#/northwave surflite...this was my first camless sail and I was
ready for a let down when all I can say is "why didn't I get these
sooner?" I put them thru hell...and of course highwater. Rigging
is a breeze. I unrigged the sail with a freshly broken leg last
season.
If you were like me my masts were too stiff for the sails even
though they were the recommended mcs. No curve means no shape. I
got nolimitz skinnys.
I decided to buy from Oregon shops. Local tax is more than the
