Hi all,
Any reports from the Delta for this weekend?
Saturday: 3rd Avenue was really windy from 3:30-5:30. Kiters wenter out
before 3:30 on their biggest kites. It really didn't look like it would pick
up, but it did, very suddenly. The kiters were then getting tea-bagged on
their large kites (means getting pulled out of water, up and down like a tea
bag, with the kite in neutral position overhead). I was dangerously OP on a
12M kite when that happened.
Sunday: Crissy was light and flooding all day. 9.0's and forumula boards
were the call, and the wind picked up slightly around 5:15pm and was
strongest at sunset.
If you know of anybody that would be interested in my car for sale, I'd
really appreciate the help. I'm selling my Caravan because I have always
used my old car (Vanagon) for carrying windsurf gear and my girlfriend has
AWD.
